About the Customer Experience Specialist
The first impression is a lasting impression. For some of our users their first interaction with a 5miles employee is the Customer Experience Specialist. You are the heart of user experience at 5miles. It's our role and desire to provide our users with the best possible experience, which includes leaving them feeling ‘wowed’ each time they engage us. To accomplish this we’re looking for dynamic personalities who thrive on human interaction. -Convey how great 5miles is through your exuberant personality; both verbally and non-verbally. Your spoken and written style should be empathetic, engaging and personal.
-Initiate and respond to chats and emails with creativity and good judgment while meeting daily targets.
-Be a fanatical user of our app so you can truly understand the user experience. This means you’ll stay up-to-date on all app and feature changes and help provide feedback to our Product Team.
-Critically solve all tier 2 support tickets by working closely with technical and operational teams.
-Timely triage and prioritize issues to ensure that they’re handled with appropriate speed based on their urgency and importance.
-Create emergency contingency plans and coordinate all responses to technical and operational emergencies.
-Have passion for customer experience and technology
-Have excellent English language skills both verbally and textually (equivalent of TEM 8 or above)
-You’re a self-starter with high levels of initiative and an innovative mind
-You’re a problem solver and fast learner
-You’re outgoing and have a quirky personality
-Hold a bachelor degree in a related field
-Bonus: startup experience, customer service experience
